What to Bring

You will need a few ordinary items with you at the center, and we ask you to have a supply of clothing with you. Please use the following as a checklist when you prepare for admission.

1. Underwear (a sufficient supply)
2. Sturdy shoes
3. Socks or ankle stockings
4. Slacks or skirts (with comfortable fit)
5. Pullover shirts or blouses (with comfortable fit)
6. Cardigan sweater
7. Slippers (with enclosed heel)
8. Bathrobe (with front opening)
9. Toiletries (including cosmetics or shaving gear, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, deodorant)
10. Assistive devices (eyeglasses, contact lenses, hearing aid with extra battery, dentures with fixative if needed)

Please do not bring medication, valuables or large sums of money with you to the center.
