The Newport Hospital Red Hot Mamas program, the only Red Hot Mamas in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts, will host a free event on September 19. Come and learn about how nutrition affects your risk factors for chronic disease, and how to make simple and delicious dietary changes to improve your health.
What: Red Hot Mamas “Food, Menopause and Health: The benefits of a plant-based diet”
